Orders are currently shipping out in approximately 5 business days.
Please allow an additional 3-7 business days for time in transit.
UPS Ground shipping charges within the US (except AK & HI)are as follows:
Orders between $0.00 - $20.00......shipping $6.95
Orders between $20.01 - $30.00.....shipping $7.95
Orders between $30.01 - $50.00.....shipping $8.95
Orders between $50.01 - $70.00.....shipping $10.95
Orders between $70.01 - $100.00....shipping $11.95
Orders between $100.01 - $149.99...shipping $12.95
Orders between $150.00 - $199.99...shipping $15.95
Orders above $200.00 ..................shipping $19.95
AK and HI........add $15.00 to above prices, shipping via 2nd Day Air.
CANADA...........add $11.00 to above prices, shipping via First Class Mail.

Please make sure your address information is accurate and complete. If the address is incomplete it may delay receipt of the package and you will be charged a fee to correct the address (even if only the apartment or suite number is missing).

To prevent unnecessary delays while you browse, the secure mode begins only when you start the ordering process. RETURN POLICY:
We want you to be thrilled with the products you purchase from Gourmac. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days, provided it is in the original packaging and in NEW condition. We will credit your charge account for the cost of the item. Sorry, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Should you choose to make a return, it is very important that you follow these instructions:
All merchandise for return requires a Return Authorization Number (RAN). To receive the RAN and Ship-to Address, please email returns@gourmac.com. Please include your name, order number and name of the product you wish to return. To help us improve our service, please let us know your reason for return. An RAN must be obtained before returning any item, otherwise it will not be accepted.
Gourmac is not responsible for shipping charges on returns. We recommend that you insure the package and require a signature upon receipt. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from any credits issued if the merchandise is not returned in the original packaging and in new condition. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
